Wake UP!!! (a post for a friend)

In the future, I will (hopefully) become a pilot, and my dad once said (while waiting for my sister) "Sa job ko naghihintay na nga ako sa pasajero, pati ba naman dito maghihintay pa ako?"

People wait. We wait for some specific reasons. Hopefully, something good happens in the end of our long waiting. Sometimes, nothing happens. We wait, wait, wait and wait. People come and gom so we have to treasure the short time we share together. We grow up, some grow apart. I hope you get what I'm saying, because there are challenges facing us now and we just have to face it. "Time is if the essence."

Connections

Nothing is random, everything is connected.

Kyle (the visitor we had today in Football practice) reminded me of the events that will happen when March arrives. You know, CJ going there.

I went to school today because there was an announcement that we will have a "game/meeting" tomorrow. I went to school, anyway. We were introduced to Kyle who gave a short speechI brought my soccer ball but it lacked some air. Mike asked me why and I said I forgot to get the pump at home. He said the school has one so I followed him toward the lobby when he said

"Parang may connections lang, no?"

Gets ko, but I said "huh?" just to make sure and then he denied saying anything.

The day passed by and I got really thirsty.

Why? nga naman

Can you actually choose between two friends? There's one that you like to be with and there's another that you want to be with, I have to risk something and I'm stuck. Can I just do this when I have the manual in having friends. With less than a week to decide, who do I ask? I feel like such an ass right now.

Draft 1

The hairpin caused everything that lead to me getting stuck in a tiny elevator for five hours with a complete stranger. I will tell you all that I have witnessed that will prove that it is the hairpin to blame (and thank) for the events that happened during the past month.

Needs and Wants

A list that (when fulfilled) will make me happy.

  • 2-3 new shoes
  • a new phone that functions properly
  • roller-blades (my own pair)
  • better grades
  • a celebration somewhere else
  • a room that is not constantly invaded by trespassers
  • unlimited supply of paper (that's totally ECO-friendly)
  • three more books
  • someone?
I have no fucking idea what I will do to the things written above.

Disappointed

My happy-streak ended two and a half hours earlier. Everybody knows that the school underpayed our two coaches so they had to find a new -- cheaper-- one.

We came pretty early after the coach blew the whistle. After listing mine and CJ's name, we sat in front of the new coaches under the unshaded sun. After waiting for what seemed like an hour, they finally told us to stand up and proceed with the training (without letting us stretch or warm-up first.) We waste an hour sitting down and resting then we did a tiny drill and then rested again. The last drill ended with the coaches rushing. SHIT.

  • Spanking Shakespeare by Jake Wizner
What will I read now for the summer? : D

Takas. : D

Yay! Daddy's promoted! He has time to party later, he said he missed us because he hasn't been away from home this long, and he has this long weekend because the company was just making his papers so he bought a ticket home and went for the flight. He was coming home on December 31st at 3 am.

I woke up at about 2 am, when I opened my eyes, I saw ate Ira sitting near my feet. Hm? She said ang ganda ng buwan. So I got up and went to the balcony, all I saw was Ursa Major upside-down, then I turned left and said "Oh, ayun pala, sus." It was round, yellow and luminescent. Typical moon. We stayed up until mom and dad arrived at 5:30 am. Welcome ritual etc. Yay! I gots three jerseys: Liverpool, ManU, and Arsenal. Haha, I just like their jerseys.

The afternoon came and we went to Nat'l Bookstore to get a gift wrapped fancily, ireallydontcare. While waiting inside, I scanned the Fiction section and found 3 or 4 books, I returned the fourth in its place. Mom agreed to pay for it. I told her I'd pay at home because I din't bring moneys.

New Year came, the fireworks came and etc. The neighbor popped some confetti in front of their house which the wind blew towards our garden, nice. :|

Anyway, hey, this January's a blue moon. Yay! First time.

FIN.

I'm not really back.

Answer's NO, I didn't go anywhere besides the garden and the street, I was stuck at home for the past week after the baking thing (just see previous post). Does going to MOA count?

I guess.

See, we've been nagging mom for the past past week to let us watch Avatar `cause we're really psyched about the movie, and she agrees. We plan to go on the 23rd of December after my dental appointment and then we'll fetch my eldest sister. That was the plan. I lagged and fell asleep on the couch while waiting for breakfast (for like fifteen minutes which was a total waste) and mom caught me just entering the bathroom when we were supposed to be heading for the dentist. She got mad at me for being inconsiderate and lagging. We didn't go then. Mom fetched my eldest sis and they ended up watching 2012 instead. I really don't mind.

CHRISTMAS:
We went to the swimming pool to go night swimming after waiting for hours for the reserved party to end. I was like freezing to death but we had fun. And then we ate hotdogs.

On the 26th of December, nagkayayaan sa MOA so we checked the showing hours, we can make it in time but it was a holiday so we knew the doom of traffic that was facing us so we cancelled and waited for a later date. On the evening of the 27th, I went to the internet and checked the first showing time of Avatar in IMAX, which was 10:30. I took an image of the schedule so I can't forget. When mom asked me what time was the first showing, I told her 9:45 which made her and me think because all the SM malls open 10 am. Me and ate Ira woke up 6:30 so we could occupy the bathrooms and leave time for the others to use. We left the house a little after 8:00. Traffic was considerably light. So we arrived at the mall a tadbit too early: 9:25 which meant that we could wait for the mall to open and get to go sightseeing (there really wasn't much to see.) The mall opened at 10:05 (typical.) and we entered the IMAX entrance so we could fall in line agad. Damn. Ang daming tao. I bought the tickets (which was 401.00 {haha, may piso pa}) and my sisters bought the popcorn which I didn't like because the kernels were different. Anyway, we went inside got the 3D goggles/glasses and waited...

I have to say, Avatar is a very awesome movie, and watching it in 3D added a better effect except the screen was so FREAKIN' close that slight movements made me feel sick. The loud bass added the thowing-up feeling more. So to fight my 7 am breakfast from resurrecting, I had to take off the glasses every now and then. All in all, the movie is a MUST-WATCH.

We went to the dept. store and then Wendy's for lunch. Baconator!!! (Yay) and salad. After that we went to buy some stuff and spent almost two hours in Powerbook while trying to find a book that was worth buying. We found nothing (because they have a small selection of what we like) so we went home at about 4 pm. I fell asleep in the beckseat. I woke up and the car just halted in the market etc etc.

FIN. (I'm cutting this one short because if I make a suoerlong post, youmightgetbored, whoeveryouare.)
