Answer's NO, I didn't go anywhere besides the garden and the street, I was stuck at home for the past week after the baking thing (just see previous post). Does going to MOA count?
I guess.
See, we've been nagging mom for the past past week to let us watch Avatar `cause we're really psyched about the movie, and she agrees. We plan to go on the 23rd of December after my dental appointment and then we'll fetch my eldest sister. That was the plan. I lagged and fell asleep on the couch while waiting for breakfast (for like fifteen minutes which was a total waste) and mom caught me just entering the bathroom when we were supposed to be heading for the dentist. She got mad at me for being inconsiderate and lagging. We didn't go then. Mom fetched my eldest sis and they ended up watching 2012 instead. I really don't mind.
CHRISTMAS:
We went to the swimming pool to go night swimming after waiting for hours for the reserved party to end. I was like freezing to death but we had fun. And then we ate hotdogs.
On the 26th of December, nagkayayaan sa MOA so we checked the showing hours, we can make it in time but it was a holiday so we knew the doom of traffic that was facing us so we cancelled and waited for a later date. On the evening of the 27th, I went to the internet and checked the first showing time of Avatar in IMAX, which was 10:30. I took an image of the schedule so I can't forget. When mom asked me what time was the first showing, I told her 9:45 which made her and me think because all the SM malls open 10 am. Me and ate Ira woke up 6:30 so we could occupy the bathrooms and leave time for the others to use. We left the house a little after 8:00. Traffic was considerably light. So we arrived at the mall a tadbit too early: 9:25 which meant that we could wait for the mall to open and get to go sightseeing (there really wasn't much to see.) The mall opened at 10:05 (typical.) and we entered the IMAX entrance so we could fall in line agad. Damn. Ang daming tao. I bought the tickets (which was 401.00 {haha, may piso pa}) and my sisters bought the popcorn which I didn't like because the kernels were different. Anyway, we went inside got the 3D goggles/glasses and waited...
I have to say, Avatar is a very awesome movie, and watching it in 3D added a better effect except the screen was so FREAKIN' close that slight movements made me feel sick. The loud bass added the thowing-up feeling more. So to fight my 7 am breakfast from resurrecting, I had to take off the glasses every now and then. All in all, the movie is a MUST-WATCH.
We went to the dept. store and then Wendy's for lunch. Baconator!!! (Yay) and salad. After that we went to buy some stuff and spent almost two hours in Powerbook while trying to find a book that was worth buying. We found nothing (because they have a small selection of what we like) so we went home at about 4 pm. I fell asleep in the beckseat. I woke up and the car just halted in the market etc etc.
FIN. (I'm cutting this one short because if I make a suoerlong post, youmightgetbored, whoeveryouare.)
