Hey!

Here's a quick, quick update because I haven't posted anything this week and it'll be quick because I haven't made my (subjectname) project yet (I'm sorry sir, I promise I'll have it by Monday).

So first up, these past few days, we have been slowly building le Trojan Horse for the exhibit on Friday. It's upright now and all its four legs are attached but I can't show it to you yet. Why? you might ask, well that's because it looks like a Great Dane. You know, that big tall dog with pointy ears and stuff? Yep, that breed. I mistakenly (is that a word?) made the horse's legs shorter that it should be. Anyway, enough talk about that. Moving on!

Dad:
He arrived this Wednesday because he can't work if he has a cast on his left leg, so he asked if he could go home and they(le employers) let him. So he's resting now, drinking tea and stuff.
How he ended up with a cast:
They were doing drills at work (i.e. fire drills) and they had this bit where they had to go down a slide. When he slid down, he didn't land properly on his left foot, but he just walked it off because, well, he thought it was just a minor sprain. Fast-forward to the end the the day >> He noticed that there was this sensation that his sole was really hot. So he went to the hospital to borrow a bandage so he can wrap his ankle. The doctor gave him an x-ray and they saw that his middle metatarsal was fractured. So he got an operation so the bones would heal faster. THE END.

I said this was going to be a short post...

I lied!
